The Couple Next Door

The Couple Next Door (Shari Lapena, 2016)

How I stumbled upon it: I thought that my friend Caroline was recommending this book instead of (Behind Closed Doors), so I bought it on accident!

What it's about: A couple is attending a dinner party at their next door neighbor’s house but when they get home, their baby is missing. A perfect marriage may not be so perfect + a family unravels completely as they cope with the disappearance of their daughter. This thriller/whodunit is full of twists + turns + will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end.

What I thought: I love a good mystery and this one kept me engaged the whole way through. This would be a great beach read or a great book to read in between two heavier pieces.
